Grade 6 Weekly Home Learning Plan (WHLP) Quarter 2 Compilation

Grade 6 Weekly Home Learning Plan (WHLP) Quarter 2

The Weekly Home Learning Plan will assist teachers and parents in monitoring daily general learning processes both in and outside of the classroom as they apply the most appropriate and practical alternative learning modality based on the context of their school. It makes students aware of their responsibility for what they study.

While using the DLP or DLL that is specified in DepEd Order 42, teachers utilizing distance learning and blended learning are required to create the Weekly Home Learning Plan. Teachers using F2F learning shall create daily lessons in accordance with Policy Guidelines on Daily Lesson Preparation for the K–12 Basic Education Program, which was adopted in 2016.

Preparing lessons with a Daily Lesson Log (DLL) or Detailed Lesson Plan (DLP) gives teachers the opportunity to reflect on what students need to learn, how students learn, and how best to facilitate the learning process. They aim to empower teachers to provide quality teaching that recognizes the diversity of students in the classroom, strives for student success, allows for the use of a variety of instructional and formative assessment strategies, including the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), and allows the teacher to guide, mentor and support learners in developing and evaluating their learning across the curriculum.
