This will include the full board list of passers, the top 10 examinees, and the overall performance of institutions. This page will guide you through the results of the May 2025 Nursing Licensure Exam (S-Z List of Passers) conducted on May 5-6, 2025.
The testing locations in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga hosted the Nurse Board Exam. Elsie A. Tee, the Board of Nursing’s chairman, is joined by Carmelita C. Divinagracia, Merle L. Salvani, Zenaida C. Gagno, Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz, Marylou B. Ong, and Elizabeth C. Lagrito as its other members.

Registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID), License, and Certificate of Registration
Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow the instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps, and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
