SUSPENSION OF WORK (HALF-DAY) on APRIL 13, 2022 – Alapan 1 Elementary School

1. To give sufficient time for all Department of Education (DepEd) officials and employees (teaching and non-teaching personnel) to prepare for the observance of Holy Thursday and Good Friday, work in all DepEd offices and schools is suspended starting at 12:00 p.m. on
April 13, 2O22.
2.However, offices/units whose functions involve the delivery of emergency
services/ response, and/or performance of other vital services shall be expected to render services when necessary.
3. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum is desired.

Learners who experienced problems in reading quickly fall behind their more skilled classmates in their ability to decode and comprehend text. The initiative is in response to the rapidly changing learning environment of present and future learners and will introduce aggressive reforms to globalize the quality of basic education in the Philippines.
