The Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat ng Pilipinas or Pledge of Allegiance to the Philippine Flag in English is one of the two national oaths of Filipinos. It must be read at flag-raising ceremonies in all public and private schools in the Philippines. It is pronounced after the national anthem Lupang Hinirang and after the recitation of the Panatang Makabayan or Patriotic Pledge in English.
Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat ng Pilipinas should be recited while standing with right hand open palm, shoulder held high, same with Panatang Makabayan.

“We always remind ourselves that our constitutional mandate to provide every Filipino not only access to education but to basic quality education. We have realized that we are facing the reality that we still have much to do in responding to the constitutional mandate as far as quality education is concerned,” Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones explained.
