All GOMO SIM card users must register their personal information with telecommunications companies, or telcos, in accordance with the SIM Card Registration Act, or Republic Act 11934. Upon the request of a court or other law enforcement authorities, this requirement may be made available. Here are the requirements and registration process for GOMO Sim Card Users using the SIM Card Registration Portal.
How to Register your GOMO SIM Card using SimReg Portal?
Make sure you own the SIM card and have access to its serial number and phone number before registering it with GOMO Telecom. You should take the actions listed below:
Step 1: Download GOMO App
You have to download first the official GOMO App here from Playstore or AppStore. Then, install the app in your device and granting it with those necessary permissions.
Step 2: Ready your Requirements
Read first the requirements below before accessing the Registration Portal thru the GOMO App. Registration of SIM Card is required for GOMO Users. All users must provide their information including name, sex, birthdate, address, proof of identity, etc.
Step 3: Create GOMO App Account
Create your account in GOMO App using your GOMO SIM number. After that, complete all the required details in the registration.
Step 4: Upload Selfie and ID
A photo of Valid ID (see the list of Valid ID below) must be uploaded to the registration form. Make sure it is up to date. The registration will also require you to take or upload your own selfie.
Step 5: Review the Details of Your Registration
Verify all of the information, then press the “submit” button. If you already submitted the registration form but wanted to correct or change your details, follow this guide.
Step 6: Wait for Confirmation
Your sim card registration and personal details will be verified by the telecom operator. Then, you will receive SMS Confirmation once registration is approved.

Requirements for SIM Card Registration
Needed information during the registration (you must prepare these first, below accessing the registration portal):
- Full name
- Birthday
- Sex
- Present or official address
- Identification card and ID number
- Photo of any valid government-issued ID, including:
- Passport
- National ID
- Digitized Social Security Service (SSS) ID
- Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card
- Driver’s license
- Firearms’ License to Own and Possess (LTOP) ID
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID
- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
- Digitized Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) ID
- Voter’s ID
- Senior Citizen’s card
- Person with Disabilities (PWDs) card
- Other government-issued ID
You can provide an NBI clearance, police clearance, or PSA-certified birth certificate with your ID photo that was taken within the last six months in substitute of any of the aforementioned IDs. The direct seller could ask more questions or demand more proof of identity.
About Minor Users of GOMO SIM Card
If you are a minor SIM card user, you can register in the name of her parent or guardian, provided that this adult gives their consent and registers the card.
