Step 1. Visit the Official SSS Online Registration Page
Go to SSS Online Registration Page or click here. You can also directly input this link https://member.sss.gov.ph/members/rcsmi/main.html in your browser.
Step 2: Enter your Personal Information
Enter your personal details such as last name, first name, date of birth and email address. Make sure to check your name before proceeding to next step. You can’t be able to change it along the registration process.
Step 3: Check your Email Inbox
Open the confirmation email with the subject “SSS Number Application Continue Link” in your inbox, and then click the continue link in the email. The link is only active for five days. You will have to submit a fresh application if you don’t finish the SSS online application within 5 days.
Step 4: Complete your SSS Online Application
Fill out the SSS online application form accurately as possible. When you see “80% complete” in the green bar at the top of the screen, click Next to move on to the next step in the SSS online registration process. To save your data in case of a computer crash or power outage, you may also click Save at any moment while the application process is still running.
Step 5: Print your Records and Visit the nearest SSS Branch
Keep in mind that the SSS number generated is only temporary. Bringing your printed records (those that you printed in step 5) and the necessary paperwork will allow you to make your SSS number permanent.
