Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the February 2023 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Exam (MELE) and Certified Plant Mechanic room assignments a few days before the exams. The room assignment for Mechanical Engineering Licensure Exam (MELE) February 2023 in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga will host the February 2023 MELE on February 26-27. Dr. Eleanor B. Almoro, the Board’s Chairman, is supported by Drs. Godofreda V. Dalmacion, Zenaida L. Antonio, Efren C. Laxamana, and Martha O. Nucum.

Certified Plant Mechanic Board Exam
Examinees shall report before 5:30 in the morning on the said date because late comers will not be admitted.
Allowed to Bring in Mechanical Engineering Licensure Exam (MELE)
- Notice of Admission
- Official Receipt
- One (1) piece of metered-stamped window mailing envelope
- One or more pencils (No. 2)
- Ball pens (black ink only)
- One (1) piece long brown envelope
- One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
- Health Forms (Pursuant to Joint Administrative Order No. 01, series of 2020)
- Negative RT-PCR Test Results (if applicable), or Certificate of Quarantine or copy of the Complete Vaccination Card for fully vaccinated examinees to be submitted to the proctor on the examination day.
Not allowed in Examination
- Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded information or formulas are not allowed.
- Calculators which are programmable or with embedded functions especially CASIO FX991ES and CASIO FX-991ES plus.
- Apple, Samsung and other smart watches, cellular phones, ear plugs, transmitters, portable computers, Bluetooth and other electronic devices which may be used for communication purposes are prohibited.
- Bags of any kind are not allowed.
