DepEd Individual Workweek Achievement Report (IWAR)
Teachers and other Department of Education (DepEd) personnel can use the DepEd Individual Workweek Achievement Report as a tool to track and assess their weekly activities and successes. All DepEd employees are required to submit this report each week in order to maintain track of their work and make sure they are meeting the goals and objectives.

The DepEd Individual Workweek Accomplishment Report typically includes the following information:
- Basic Information: This section includes the name of the employee, their position in the DepEd, and the school or office they are assigned to.
- Workweek Details: This section provides a summary of the employee’s work for the week. It includes the number of hours worked, the days of the week worked, and any absences or leaves taken.
- Accomplishments: This section details the tasks and projects completed by the employee during the week. It includes a description of the task, the date it was completed, and the amount of time spent on it.
- Plans and Targets for the Next Week: This section outlines the goals and objectives the employee plans to achieve in the upcoming week. It includes a description of the task, the expected completion date, and the amount of time the employee expects to spend on it.

Each personnel shall submit at the end of each week an Individual Workweek Accomplishment Report reflecting their actual days of attendance to work (on-site and off-site) and time log per day with corresponding weekly output.
