Here are the August 2025 Civil Service Exam Results for both professional and subprofessional level conducted last August 10, 2025 by Civil Service Commission. Nevertheless, the Civil Service Exam is notoriously one of the most challenging professional tests, with consistently low pass rates. For instance, in March 2025 CSE results, only 47,449 out of 329,465 examinees passed the test. That equates to a 14.40% passing rate, underscoring how challenging and competitive the exam is. This passing rate is lower than it was for both the Bar Exam, LET and other regulated exams.
Results in the August 2025 Civil Service Exam (CSE) are released by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in 60-70 days after the exam. The Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) is an eligibility examination. It is offered by CSC twice a year for Professional and Subprofessional levels in order to accommodate the rising demand for government employees.
