Department of Education considers home visits to be an important component because they have many advantages. In the beginning, it aids in developing a close bond between the teacher and the student’s family, fostering a good and encouraging learning environment. The teacher may then address the student’s unique needs, difficulties, and living situation in the classroom thanks to the second benefit. Aside from that, home visits give the instructor a chance to discuss pertinent facts regarding the student’s development and any support the family can offer. Lastly, home visits contribute to better educational results by encouraging student attendance and lowering dropout rates.

Reaching out to the learners’ parents or guardians by phone or social media may be helpful, but the Department of Education claims that home visits are the most efficient approach to get pupils to return to school.
