The Outstanding Kabataan Awards has been conceptualized and established by the Youth Affairs Office of the City Government of Imus to recognize youths between 8 to 30 years of age, for their achievements and contributions to their schools and community.
The program aims to recognize a diverse range of young people with various potentials and skills. The criteria for the categories to be applied for are listed in this primer. Take note that the application does not have to meet all of the criteria, however, the more points met, the stronger the application will be.
The Division Memorandum No. 3 s. 2022 entitled “6th OUTSTANDING KABATAAN (OK) AWARDS” dated March 1, 2022, stated the following:
- In its sixth year, the Youth Affairs and Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) of the City Government Imus will hold its Outstanding Kabataan (OK) Awards. Outstanding Kabataan Award is a platform that recognizes exceptional children and youth in the City of Imus who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, innovation , development of personal talents, and service to the community.

- Applications and nominations may be submitted online or to the Youth Affairs Office/LCPC Office on the 2nd Floor, Maliksing Kabataan Building (inside Imus Pilot Elementary School, along Nueno Avenue) on or before April 17, 2022.
