DPDS DepEd | DepEd Partnerships Database System


The DepEd Partnerships Database System (DPDS) is a harmonized and simplified tool for data collection and reporting on school external partnerships, particularly donations made by stakeholders. It aims to gather information on all partnership initiatives within DepEd to strategically address resource gaps in the delivery of basic education and enables all DepEd partnership coordinators and external

The Partnership Office will serve as a clearinghouse for all external partnership initiatives within DepEd. DPDS is user-friendly, has a unified template where school staff can simply code donations received into an Excel file, and allows easy reporting and generation of information from the website.

Individual schools have a user account in which the school’s email address must be registered in the system. Only one (1) account per school may be registered, but two (2) users may access the account at the same time. All donation and partnership data will be uploaded in accordance with the quarterly submission schedule established by the respective School Division Offices (SDOs).

The Department of Education – External Partnerships Service is collecting data on partnership engagements in all levels of governance for reporting purposes. All the data collected shall be used solely by the School, Division, Region and Central Office and will not be forwarded to external parties, unless in case of an emergency.
