PDIS DepEd Account Registration and Updating – Alapan 1 ES | School ICT Unit
Professional Development Information System (PDIS) is an online learning system of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (Department of Education) which aimed to store, track and monitor teachers’ professional development journey within the Department. Immediately reset your PDIS password at https://pdis.deped.gov.ph/password/reset (click here). Resetting your PDIS password does not affect your DepEd email account password. Please note that other PDIS features are currently being updated.
Teachers are searching about the procedure of creating and updating their Professional Development Information System (PDIS) account. Department of Education requires this in their implementation of the NEAP-PDIS account creation in their professional development system accessible at https://pdis.deped.gov.ph/ (click here).
Here are the steps in creating Professional Development Information System (PDIS) account:
- First, go to the official registration webpage of National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) at https://deped.gov.ph/neap/register.html or click here.
- Second, choose your region and schools division.
- Next, wait for the google form to load and input all the required information before submitting it.
- Finally, after successful submission of your registration, you just need to wait for confirmation email from NEAP (confirmation email might take 1 to 2 months due to volume of account registration based on their advisory).

You can update your PDIS account once it is already added in the Professional Development Information System (PDIS). How to know if your account is already added? You will receive the confirmation email we mentioned above or you can ask your school ICT Teacher regarding this.

Step 1: Go to https://pdis.deped.gov.ph/password/reset or click here. You will arrive at a webpage looking like this:

Step 2: Enter your @deped.gov.ph email address and click “Send Password Reset Link”
Step 3: Open your @deped.gov.ph email account. You will find an email coming from pdis.neap@neap.ph.education (could vary depending on your Region) with subject line Reset Password Notification. If there is no email from the PDIS in your Inbox, kindly check your SPAM folder.

Step 5: You will be directed to another webpage. Enter your desired password on the fields indicated and click Change password when done. Your PDIS password reset does not affect your DepEd email account password.
Step 6: After successful password reset, you will be directed to update your PDIS profile. After completing all the necessary fields, you will be able to use the features of the PDIS.

This method requires cautious procedure and technical knowledge which we are unable to share publicly. However, you can contact our School ICT Unit at ict@alapan1es.com for further assistance once the first method doesn’t work or you experienced difficulty doing those steps. We are glad to help you as part of our goal in extending our technical expertise.
