DSWD Burial Assistance sa Ilalim ng AICS – Alapan 1 Elementary School
Assistance to Individuals In Crisis Situation (AICS) ay isa sa mga social welfare services ng DSWD na nagbibigay ng tulong medikal, pampalibing, transportasyon, edukasyonal, pagkain, o tulong pinansyal para sa iba pang support services o pangangailangan ng isang tao o pamilya. Kasama din ang pamamahagi ng personal protective equipment o PPE sa mga Pilipinong nangangailangan at nahaharap sa krisis.
Layunin ng Programa na Assistance to Individuals In Crisis Situation (AICS)
Layunin AICS Program na tulungan ang mga mahihirap nating kababayan na sumasailalim sa krisi upang matugunan sa aknilang mga pangangailangan.

Ano ang Burial Assistance ng DSWD sa ilalim ng AICS?
Ang Burial Assistance ay tulong na ibinibigay ng Department of Social Welfare and Development sa mga nangangailanagang tao para sa pagpapalibing ng kanilang mga kaanak. Kasama sa tulong na ito ang mga gastusin sa pagpapalibing, gastos sa burol at gayundin ang paghatid sa patay sa kanilang lugar kung ito ay namatay sa malayo.
Burial Assistance is the assistance to defray funeral and related expenses, including but not limited to expenses in bringing the remains to the residence of the deceased and/or burial site in accordance with existing customary practices of the family, especially among Indigenous Peoples and Moros. (DSWD FO1)
Mga Kinakailangan Requirements para sa Burial Assistance ng DSWD
Any valid identification card of the client/ person to be interviewed; and
- Death Certificate or Certification from the Tribal Chieftain (for Ips), Imam (for Moro) or Doctor or authorized medical practitioner, in the absence of a death certificate, and
- Funeral Contract (except for Muslim and Indigenous People performing customary practices);
For transfer cadaver:
Death Certificate or Certification from the Tribal Chieftain (for Ips), Imam (for Moro) or Doctor or authorized medical practitioner, in the absence of a death certificate; and
- Transfer Permit (except for Moro and Indigenous Peoples performing customary practices), if applicable.
*Barangay Certificate of Residency or Certificate of Indigency or Certificate of the Client is in Need of Assistance may be required.
