Assistance to Individuals In Crisis Situation (AICS) ay isa sa mga social welfare services ng DSWD na nagbibigay ng tulong medikal, pampalibing, transportasyon, edukasyonal, pagkain, o tulong pinansyal para sa iba pang support services o pangangailangan ng isang tao o pamilya. Kasama din ang pamamahagi ng personal protective equipment o PPE sa mga Pilipinong nangangailangan at nahaharap sa krisis.

Layunin ng Programa na Assistance to Individuals In Crisis Situation (AICS)
Layunin AICS Program na tulungan ang mga mahihirap nating kababayan na sumasailalim sa krisi upang matugunan sa aknilang mga pangangailangan.

Ano ang Cash Assistance for Other Support Services ng DSWD sa ilalim ng AICS?
Tulong sa Pera para sa iba pang mga serbisyo ng suporta – isang tulong sa anyo ng tahasang pera na ibinibigay sa mga indibidwal at pamilya sa napakahirap na sitwasyon kung saan ang pangangailangan ay hindi kasama sa nabanggit na tulong.
Cash Assistance for other support services is assistance in the form of outright cash provided to individuals and families in extremely difficult circumstances in which the need does not fall on the above-mentioned assistance. (DSWD FO1)
Mga Kinakailangan Requirements para sa Cash Assistance for Other Support Services ng DSWD
Any valid identification card of the client/ person to be interviewed; and
*Depending on the circumstance of the client:
- Police Report or Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) report/Certification for fire victims; or
- Passport, Travel Document(s), Certification from OWWA or the Barangay or any proof of repartration by the OF; or
- A certification from the Social Worker or case Manager for rescued cleints or is in need of assistance; or
- Police Blotter and Social Worker Certificate for Victims of Online Sexual Exploitation of Children or violence against women and children.
- For locally stranded individuals (LSI) without valid Ids, the Medical Certificate or the Travel Authority issued by the Philippine National Police will suffice and be accepted to prove his/her identity.
For all other incidents – Barangay Certificate of Residency or Certificate of Indigency or Certificate of the Client is in Need of Assistance as well as other documents from legal authorities/regulating agencies, as may be applicable.
