Based on DepEd Memo No. 14 s 2026, the National Achievement Test for Grade 12 (NATG12) is scheduled on March 9-18, 2026. Such reviews and preparations are conducted in different Senior High Schools throughout the country. Here are the collection of National Achievement Test for Grade 12 in PDF format. In addition, it evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of education service delivery by using learning outcomes as indicators. Finally, it provides reliable information that supports curriculum review, learning delivery improvements, better assessment, and policy development.
