DLL Week 1 of Quarter 4 January 26-30, 2026 | Daily Lesson Log

This week marks the start of Quarter 4, focusing on mastery, skill application, and preparation for end-of-school-year requirements. As the final quarter begins, teachers are expected to revisit key competencies, address learning gaps, and prepare learners for culminating assessments and performance tasks. Furthermore, careful planning is essential to keep lessons aligned with curriculum standards. To support teachers, the Daily Lesson Log (DLL) for Week 1 of Quarter 4 (January 26–30, 2026) is now available for free download for all grade levels.

This week’s DLL also highlights major academic and administrative activities, including the scheduled Parent–Teacher Conference and Distribution of Report Cards. These activities provide teachers with an opportunity to discuss learners’ progress, strengths, and areas for improvement with parents and guardians. In addition, the week is devoted to the reporting of Mean Percentage Scores (MPS) and item analysis based on the recently conducted 3rd Periodical Examination. Through these processes, teachers can reflect on assessment results, plan appropriate interventions, and adjust instructional strategies to better support learners throughout Quarter 4.
