Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the room assignment for the MedTech Licensure Exam (MTLE) August 2023 in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga will host the August 2026 MTLE on August 15-16, 2026.

Registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) or License and Certificate of Registration

Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow the instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: a downloaded, duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal; a notice of admission (for identification only); 2 pieces of passport-sized pictures (colored, with a white background and complete name tag); 2 sets of documentary stamps; and 1 piece of short brown envelope.  Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
