The opening of the School Year 2025-2026 is approaching in all public schools nationwide. Based on the DepEd Memorandum 42 s 2024, the implementation of this year’s Brigada Eskwela is from June 9 to 13, 2025. The Department of Education invites all stakeholders, including NGOs, to participate in the very important activity to prepare our schools for the opening. As part of the information campaign, the department requires all public schools to have the Brigada Eskwela 2025 advocacy materials and tarpaulins posted. What is Brigada Eskwela?

Brigada Eskwela is a nationwide movement where everyone gets involved to get public schools ready for the new year. It’s like a giant school cleanup bee that lasts for six days. Imagine parents, students, teachers, even local businesses and organizations all coming together. An activity for nationwide effort and volunteerism on literacy development.
