Typically, the school nurse or a teacher with anthropometry training will complete the SF8 form. The measurement of the human body is known as anthropometry. Therefore, the BMI is a measurement of their general Nutritional Status using the measures obtained in the SF8.

- Input Learner Data in the “Nutritional Status”
Begin by entering each learner’s basic information such as their number, sex, age, and measurements (height and weight) in the “Nutritional Status” sheet. This is where the nutritional status will be computed automatically.
