As the first quarter of School Year 2026–2027 comes to a close, many teachers and students are preparing for the much-anticipated term examination. These assessments play a vital role in evaluating student understanding and progress based on the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs) set by the Department of Education (DepEd). To support this, we are providing a free and downloadable Grade 9 Term 1 Examination with Table of Specifications (TOS) for all core subjects — complete, accurate, and ready to use in your classroom or review sessions.
Curriculum of Grade 9

- Araling Panlipunan: Grade 9 Araling Panlipunan students learn about the history, geography, and government of the Philippines. They also develop their critical thinking skills and their ability to analyze current events.
- Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao: Grade 9 Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao students learn about moral values and ethical principles. They also develop their ability to make informed decisions and to act responsibly.
- Technology and Livelihood Education: Grade 9 Technology and Livelihood Education students learn about a variety of vocational skills, such as carpentry, electronics, and cooking. They also develop their problem-solving skills and their ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Education and Health: Grade 9 Physical Education and Health students learn about the importance of physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle. They also develop their physical skills and their ability to participate in a variety of sports and activities.
